Charlotte Idol - Season 4

Charlotte Idol is a high-energy, live vocal showdown where 40+ singers step into the spotlight and compete for a chance to advance—with the audience casting the votes that decide who moves on and who goes home. Round by round, performances rise, all leading toward one ultimate goal: being crowned Charlotte Idol Champion and winning the $1,000 Grand Prize.

It’s electric, competitive, and unforgettable—the kind of night where the audience controls the outcome, the energy is unmatched, and anything feels possible.

Competition Rules:

Contest to start late January 2026.

Only individual contestants are eligible, no multiple singers or additional instruments may be used.

Contestants must be 21 years of age.

Each contestant will need to prepare four songs (5 minutes/song maximum).

Each contestant is free to select his/her songs from any genre.

Each contestant will need to start by introducing himself/herself, and the title of the song he/she will be singing.

Contestants must sing to prerecorded music (backing track); no live musical instruments will be allowed.

The songs and lyrics must be memorized and in english; no video screens will be used.
